Registration Link to Exhibit: ⇒ REGISTER TO EXHIBIT FOR SUSTAINABILITY EXPOS

Monday, April 7th - Thursday, April 17th 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM  Alexandria Real Estate and BVS "Earth Day Road Shows" in MA

We are excited to announce that in April 2025, we will be hosting 8 Sustainability Expos at Alexandria Real Estate Biotech Hubs in Massachusetts, including the new Eli Lilly building in Seaport.

Our 2024 Sustainability Expos were a huge success, and we received outstanding feedback from our vendors, who gained valuable leads, and the Alexandria tenants are already getting excited for the upcoming events.

This year, we have expanded the initiative to include a total of 8 locations, with even more emphasis on sustainability. The success of this initiative was even recognized at the CEO level at Alexandria Real Estate, and we are committed to enhancing it further.

This is an excellent opportunity to promote your sustainability products/services and be seen as a leader in sustainability at each of the Alexandria Real Estate sites. To participate you must have sustainable products or services.

Due to high demand and limited space at several of these locations, we encourage you register as soon as possible.

If you commit to all 8 events, we are offering a 10% discount. If you already have a multi-show contract with BVS then that discount would apply and not an additional 10% on top of that.

Exhibitor Guidelines for Sustainability Expos:
If your company offers products or services related to sustainability, we invite you to exhibit at these events. Relevant categories include:

  • Equipment that conserves energy or water (e.g., 96-well plates, liquid handling, freezers, microscopes, etc.)
  • Products/services that use fewer chemicals
  • Products/services that reduce consumption of materials
  • Solutions that improve efficiency, save materials, water, or reduce waste
  • Sustainable packaging solutions
  • Recycling programs and recyclable products (e.g., plates, pipettes, etc.)
  • Solutions that improve the carbon footprint or reduce environmental impact

If your products are not sustainable, although your company has sustainable practices or sustainable building then this would apply and could participate as an exhibitor.

If you are not sure if your product/services falls into this category please inquire with a description of your products/services.

Here is a list of the Expo Dates and Sites:

WEEK 1:

Monday, April 7 – 15 Necco, Seaport (this is the location for Eli Lilly)
